WORK, DISABILITY SUPPORT & ADVOCACY
We provide practical support,
advice and assistance so that whanau can access the services they need
and are entitled to.
Ongoing support by our Kaitakawaenga
involves regular contact with those whânau registered with the service
through home-visits, Kôhanga Reo visits, phone calls, education and
training workshops.
They also have links with
a number of outside services who can also provide assistance for our whânau.
Referrals to disability
support can be made by GPs, Midwives, and other Health Professionals or
by friends and whânau.
